Returns and Exchanges
Please note that for all purchases made online, you are acknowledging you understand the return policy stated below.

NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE.
We do not offer refunds for online orders unless the item we shipped to you was wrongfully shipped on our part or was sent damaged. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping, but if you have received a wrongfully shipped item or an item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.
To qualify for returns or exchanges, we require that you send us a video while opening the package for our reference and proof that items are damaged or incomplete. Our team should be notified within 3 days of the delivery date. Notification past the 3-day return window will not be eligible for a refund/exchange. Once we have verified the proof, you have 2 days to return the item to us. Tags must still be attached.
We also do not accept returns or exchanges should the items do not fit, so we strongly suggest that you double check first the body frames provided before your purchase.
Online store credit will be in the amount of the item returned minus the cost of shipping (if applicable).
*shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns MUST be authorized before sending them back to us, please contact us prior to setup your return. We cannot guarantee if you send your item back to us without authorization that we will be able to offer an exchange/credit and shipping costs cannot be refunded.
**Note that the cost of shipping a returned item is the responsibility of the customer.
