Where do you ship from? 

All orders ship from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

 

What currency will I be charged in?            

All sales will be charged in Canadian (CAD) dollars.

 

What are your payment methods?            

We accept Interac/E-transfers and Cash (for pick up).

 

My package shows that it was delivered but I did not receive anything. What to do next?

Please note that once the package is handed to the courier, delivery is beyond our control.

I put the wrong address for my order, can you change it?

If your order has already been printed and packed, we are unable to make changes for that order.

How much is the Shipping Fee?

 

We offer Flat-rate shipping for all orders regardless of weight, shape, or size of the item. 

We also offer FREE SHIPPING within Canada for all orders over $150 in a single transaction.

When will I receive my orders?

Please note that delayed shipping may occur due to the courier, we suggest that you keep on checking your tracking number for more updates.
